This is a gentle-taste nabe soup flavored with ginger and yuzu citrus. It also uses sweet-tasted amazake koji and our factory-made salted rice malt. This soup doesn’t contain chemical seasonings. All rice used in this product is from Saga prefecture, Japan.

How to Use

Recommended Ingredients (for 3-4 people)

  • 300g Chicken, Cut into bite-size pieces
  • 400g Chinese Cabbage, Cut into bite-size pieces
  • 100g Long Green Onion, Cut diagonally into 1cm-length pieces
  • 100g Carrot, Cut into round slices
  • 100g Shimeji Mushroom, Loosen the mushroom chunk into small pieces
  • 150g Tofu, Drain the water and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 100g Potherb Mustard, Cut off the hard stem part and cut into 1cm-length pieces
  • Cooking Procedures:
    1. Before opening, shake the package well. Then, pour the contents into a pot and let it come to a boil.
    2. When it starts to boil, add ingredients into the pot (add hard-to-cook ingredients first). After adding all ingredients, cover the pot with a lid and boil it over medium heat.
    3. When they are cooked, pour the ingredients and the soup into a bowl and eat them.
    4. (Optional) Enjoy cooking rice porridge and noodles using the remaining soup.
