This medium spicy grilled meat sauce (BBQ sauce) is produced using honjozo koikuchi soy sauce (genuine fermented dark-color soy sauce) made from soybeans and wheat harvested in Saga as a base flavor, which is seasoned with sesame seeds and chili pepper. Sweet taste from the sautéed Saga onion and nice aroma from Japanese garlic are added to bring out the good light taste.
