This grilled meat (BBQ sauce) sauce is produced using salted rice malt brewed from Saga-grown rice and Ichinoshio Salt, sea salt obtained from the sea water of the Genkai-nada Sea. Sweet taste from the sautéed Saga onion, nice aroma from Japanese yuzu citrus and spicy taste from the chili pepper are combined in a good balance to bring out the refreshing taste.
